Fulfillment and Shipping
Most items are fulfilled and shipped within 3 days of order; this may vary slightly during the holiday season and other high demand times.

Items are shipped via USPS, and delivery time may depend on which fulfillment location the item is shipping from. Please be patient; most orders are received within a week from date of order.
Return/Exchange Policy
We regret that we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges due to the custom nature of these items unless there is a quality control issue. If an item arrives damaged, kindly contact us with an order number and photo of the damaged item and we will contact our fulfillment partner on your behalf.
